Our Schools

Niceville Taekwondo was founded in 1988. Master Palmer, our
head instructor, became the owner in 1992 and has owned the
school ever since. We are located at 699 West John Sims Parkway,
next to Dollar General and USA Floors in the Bayou Plaza.

Crestview Taekwondo was founded in 1990 and Master Palmer
has owned it since 1998. We are located at 1025 South Ferdon
Blvd. next to Dominoes Pizza.

Fort Walton Taekwondo was opened on May 2006. We are located
at 99 Eglin Pkwy. Ft. Walton Beach behind Cingular Wireless in the
Uptown Station.

Our Programs

:: ATA Express ::

Tiny Tigers (ages 4 - 6)

This class is a definite "must watch". Four to six year

olds standing

still, listening, and following directions

while having fun? YES! It is

possible. With this age

group it is our goal to teach them the

basics in

Taekwondo while they are learning to "watch the

teacher,

be still, and follow directions". Come by and

see how much fun

they are having in this structured

environment

Juniors (ages 6 - 10)

These boys and girls can go! The one value that is

stressed with

these karate kids is effort. They are

taught if they put effort in

whatever they do, they can

achieve their goals. Without goals, kids

will often

float from one sport or activity to another often feeling

they have failed. From the first day in our

program they are taught to

see a goal and to achieve

it. Some are short team while others are

long term

and like anything worthwhile, like a Black Belt or a

college

degree it takes effort and perseverance. If

self control,

courtesy and

respect are values you

would like to see reinforced,

Teens/Adults (ages 11 - up)

Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to build strength, flexibility,

coordination, and endurance? Would you like your teen to learn

discipline, perseverance, all while building their confidence and self

esteem? Our Teen/Adult programs do all this and more! This fun

and exciting class helps our students to release the stresses of

school and just have fun with a group of individuals all interested in

each others individual progress. There is no competition, no

pressure, and most importantly no negativity. This program will

challenge you as an individual to improve on your own scale. Join

us to celebrate your future acheivments!!!

Songahm Taekwondo is the
foundation of the American
Taekwondo Association's
rank curriculum and teaching
system. In addition, the ATA
has developed a 300-hour
intensive internship for
martial art instructor
development and
certification. The American
Taekwondo Association or
ATA, as it is recognized
around the world, was
originally founded in 1969 in
Omaha, Nebraska. Since the
first ATA school was opened
by the ATA's founder and
Grand Master Soon Ho Lee's
older brother, the late Grand
Master H.U. Lee, over
300,000 men, women and
children from ages 3 to over
70 have made ATA training a
part of their lives.

Today Grand Master Soon Ho
Lee oversees an organization
with over 1,500 schools and
clubs in more than 16
countries worldwide.

directs and mentors over 100
